Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Suntima Consulting grants you a limited license to access, view, and use the website for your personal purposes.

When you register with the Suntima Consulting, you consent to receive notices (announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services) transmitted electronically to you by email.
Suntima Consultings makes efforts to restrict unauthorized access to our data and files. However, we make no guarantees that our system whether or not password protected is impenetrable. You acknowledge that it may be possible for an unauthorized third party to access, view, copy, modify, or distribute the data and files you store using our website, and understand use of the site is completely at your own risk.
Suntima Consulting will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except to comply with the law or enforce these Terms of Use and Suntima’s Privacy policy.
Policies
Services
The services provided by Suntima Consulting are on topics jointly decided with the client. The purpose of coaching is to develop and implement strategies to help the client reach personally identified goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. Services may address a wide variety of goals including specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in the client's life, business, or profession.
RESERVATION POLICIES
Introductory calls are available for potential clients considering coaching, training or consulting services. There are no prerequisites for scheduling these appointments.
Coaching. Coaching services cannot be provided without a signed coaching agreement. Your scheduled appointment is subject to cancellation and rescheduling by Suntima without a signed coaching agreement prior to the appointment start time.
Training. Web-based and on-site training classes do not have any prerequisites, and may be scheduled at any point via the online scheduling system within 24 hours of the class start time.
Facilitation. The only prerequisite for scheduling on-site facilitation sessions is an introductory call. There will be follow-on planning and preparations as agreed to by Suntima Consulting and the client.
24-hour CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to Suntima and our time is reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice. You can do so via phone, email, or through the online scheduling system. In the event Suntima Consulting does not receive the required notice, a Late Cancellation Fee may apply. Should you forget or cancel without giving 24-hour notice, Suntima misses the opportunity to fill your vacated time slot and other clients miss the opportunity for services. Thank you in advance for respecting our time and that others by adhering to this policy.
no shows
If you do not call or arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a “no show”. When you do not show for your scheduled and confirmed appointment, Suntima not only loses your business but the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled. Your scheduled time is reserved especially for you. Should you No Show for an appointment, you may be billed for partial or full amount of the missed service, and/or may be asked to pay in advance for future services.
Coaching versus therapy
Coaching. Suntima Consulting does not offer therapy! Coaching is not counseling and is characterized by vastly different activities from psychotherapy.
There are major differences in the goals, focus, and level of professional responsibility.
Clients are viewed to as creative, resourceful, emotionally healthy, equal partners in the coaching process.
Success depends on client willingness to define, take risks and try new approaches.
Suntima will support, encourage, teach, and help the client stay "on track" toward their goals. Coaching does not offer any guarantee of success.
Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is a health care service where the focus is to identify, diagnose, and treat nervous and mental disorders.
The goals include:
Alleviating symptoms
Understanding the underlying personality dynamics which create symptoms
Changing the dysfunctional behaviors which are the result of disorders
Developing helping patients to cope with their psychological problems
